Researcher, strategist, classically trained moderator, consultant, spiritual enthusiast, and host of the Unveil You podcast. If there's a common thread through my work, it's curiosity. I'm fascinated by people, what drives them, and what's really going on beneath the surface.

I have a B.S. in Food Science and Technology from the University of Nebraska and an M.S. in Sensory and Consumer Research from Kansas State University. For nearly a decade, I've worked across consumer insights and strategy, conducting and advising on qualitative and quantitative research across healthcare technology, consumer goods, luxury hospitality, real estate, SaaS, food and beverage, cannabis, and more. I've also worked in product development within the cannabis industry, creating everything from gummies to beverage mixes, and my research on the sensory and consumer effects of different cannabinoids has been presented internationally.
As a classically trained moderator, I know how to ask the questions that get beyond the obvious answer. My strong intuition adds another dimension to that skill. I pick up on what isn't being said, know when there's something worth digging into, and have an innate sense for how to get there without wasting time, without ever making someone feel like they're being pushed.
THE BIGGEST SHIFT
The thing that changed everything.
The biggest shift in my life had nothing to do with my career.
The birth of my first daughter in 2023 cracked me wide open. What followed was a difficult experience with postpartum depression that had me questioning things much bigger than work: what the point of any of this was, why we're here, and whether there was more to life than the version of reality I had always understood. Those questions sent me down a path I never could have predicted, deeply exploring spirituality, consciousness, manifestation, and intuition. And because I'm still a researcher at heart, I only became more curious.
That exploration made its way into my work. I now blend mindset and intuitive work with practical strategy, helping people identify limiting beliefs, get unstuck, and make meaningful moves forward. It also became Unveil You, a podcast exploring intuition, consciousness, manifestation, and the parts of human experience we don't always have language for, now listened to in more than 70 countries.

I don't try to force all of these things into one neat title. I research. I analyze. I interview. I advise. I create. Whether I'm staring at a complicated dataset, interviewing someone about their life, or exploring the stranger parts of human experience on a microphone, I'm usually doing some version of the same thing: finding the signal, connecting the dots, and bringing something previously unseen into view.
